Since gaining his Bronze Medallion in 1951, Harry remained a loyal and devoted member of Penguin SLSC. A holder of many club officer roles he also represented us with distinction as an official at state and national championships. His contributions to surf life saving were recognised with life membership of Surf Life Saving Tasmania (SLST) in 1971 and a World Surf Life Saving Citation of Merit in 1988.
