Clifton Carnival

A great turn out with 22 nippers, and their entourage (parents, age managers, officials, siblings…). With a chilled out Friday evening at the Orana campsite, sitting round the ‘Nippers’ fire, it was all go from 7am on Saturday. On the beach for 8.15 for a warm up (that was needed- it was windy and cold!) and wise words as ever from Andrew about managing the conditions. Starting with a 2nd in the bag for the all age relay, enthusiasm and team spirit was building for the day ahead. Under 8s relished their second carnival of the season with smiles all round. A stunning setting, with the cliffs providing a great backdrop for photos…
