Joining the club in 1962, Ray was a dedicated ‘boatie’ for most of his competitive career. His hard work and enthusiasm as a coach and administrator proved invaluable to the club. A prime mover behind the decision to build the clubhouse at Preservation Bay, Ray’s skill and leadership and countless hours of voluntary labour assisted in the timely completion of our fantastic clubhouse.
