A very quiet and unassuming man, Rick gave many hours of dedicated service to both the senior and junior sections of the club. He was Gear Steward, Junior Chairperson and Club Secretary and Treasurer. He was responsible for organising the much-loved Under-Age Discos in the 90s which provided an extremely important social opportunity for Penguin’s youth, helped to recruit a number of new members and raised a lot of money for junior development.
