Since joining the club in 1965 Terry has gained state and national recognition as a beach and surfboat competitor. Widely respected and admired for his ability as a sweep, organiser and coach he was instrumental in seeing Penguin crews excel at both state and national level for a period of 20 years. His business acumen and experience has also ensured the club’s financial structures have been very smooth and efficient.
